After narrowly defeating Beleth, Furi returns to the sanctuary where the sword was found where he is told about the history of the sword and why its previous owner is sending assassins to reclaim it. Later that night Furi thinks about the events of the day and how he could have gotten people killed due to his recklessness and vows to be better in the future. This vow will be tested in the future now that he has become the target of a supernatural superpower.
