An Ancient Land: Genesis Of An Archaeologist – OUT NOW IN PAPERBACK!

David trained as a Middle Eastern archaeologist before joining a prestigious American excavation as a field surveyor at one of the great sites of the region. At that time he also encountered the magical atmosphere of the Holy City of Jerusalem. But this ancient land was a key part of the ‘Fertile Crescent’, where, with the beginnings of agriculture 10,000 years ago, urbanism began, leading to the birth of Western Civilization. David was determined to discover what it was about the climate, about the environment of the area which had promoted this earth-shattering change in humanity. He put together a multidisciplinary team of scientists and discovered the exciting truth behind the whole process, and at the same time he unexpectedly found his life-long love among the ruins and the Stone Age hunting camps here, getting married in the Old City of Jerusalem, and arranging to be smuggled across the border into Jordan for his honeymoon to show his bride the enchanted city of Petra. This book charts these events with great passion and, as always, with ‘laugh out loud’ humour. The book is a ‘must read’ for anyone interested in this part of the world, ancient or modern.

Written by David Price Williams and previously released in a hardback edition, An Ancient Land: Genesis Of An Archaeologist is out now in paperback and available to order in both hardback and paperback editions from the links below!

Contraband – OUT NOW!

Mainstream social media is DEAD!

Sick of state censorship, sponsored spam, cancel culture and inciter-banning, everyone who’s anyone is on the dark web.

And no one knows it better than Tucker Scott.

Rampant cyberbullying. Fake news trolling. Spying, voyeurism and privacy invasion. This is Contraband, the ruthless entrepreneurs’ digital underground – where profit-hungry mobs prowl city streets filming violent events to satisfy society’s demand for sensational content.

But when activists hack Contraband giving control to any influencer with the most followers, it’s complete chaos as everybody chases the money and fame of being number one!

“Behe’s dialogue brings a hip, hyper-real energy to his plot while Elliot’s deceptively plain artwork evokes a shabby world of compromised morals.”
The Financial Times

“As visionary as the technology Behe writes about.”
Broken Frontier

“The sci-fi thriller unfolds amidst vengeful relationships, insatiable desire, public outrage and mobiles that pack 1,000-volt electric nodes, pepper spray capability – Steve Jobs take note!”
Wired

Dave Evans RIP

It is with great sadness that we report the death of Dave Evans, known throughout the UK comic scene as ‘Bolt-01’. Dave was much loved and respected by all who came into contact with him. He worked tirelessly on several projects with us and never let us down, his lettering work was of the very highest calibre. He has left us far too soon and will be sorely missed by us all.
