Working as a lab intern for the Phoenix Corporation, paraplegic Zach O’Neill injects himself with an experimental super-serum developed by the brilliant Dr. Julius Adnoid in the hopes of regaining his former life. He gets more than he bargained for when he is transformed into a powerful new form.
Now serving as the Phoenix Corporation’s super-powered sentinel of justice, Zach embraces the role of hero as Juiceman. The rookie hero Juiceman soon befriends the Chicago-based superhero team, the Super Turks. Led by Dutch and the veteran Captain Liberty, these heroes are aided by Juiceman in battling numerous villainous mutates.
This partnership is short-lived when the sinister Dark Liege and his syndicate devastate the Super Turks with an orchestrated hit!
