ISSUE 1 – Zack O’Neil, AKA, Juiceman, moves to Chicago where the Phoenix Corporation have set him up in a new apartment. He recalls how he was once a wheelchair bound young man working for Dr. Julius Adnoid. He sampled the super-serum his mentor created which transformed him into a super-powered man. He now serves his boss, Damien Sinclair, as his superhuman operative. When the villainous Ramrod breaks out of prison, the authorities contact Dutch Silo and his Super Turks. When these heroes look set to lose, Juiceman is sent in by Sinclair and saves the day by defeating Ramrod.
